Transformational Thought for November 24 2010

When you think of the word manifestation, what comes to mind? This is fun go to http://thesaurus.com/ and enter the word manifestation and see what you can create from there, go do it I’ll wait. These are just a few of what I came away with. appearance, demonstration, disclosure, display, explanation, exposure, expression, indication, instance, mark, materialization, meaning, phenomenon, revelation, show, sign, symptom, token. The one(s) that resonates most with me right now in my life are expression and revelation. For me that act of manifesting is a powerful way for me to break from my previous being and grow into an expression of my authentic self. And revelation is the act of that transition, the telling of what is occurring. We have been sharing this week a portion of the pow More....

Transformational Thought for November 23 2010

This is the second day of the manifestation portion of the 15 Minute Miracle. Manifesting is a process that can happen from one moment to the next, or it could take many moments. All it requires is our ability to have clarity. When we become clear on what it is that we wish to manifest, then we have that vivid image of what we want to receive, create, or possess. It isn’t until we have clarity that manifestation can occur. There is one small measure that is missing in this recipe and that is allowing universe to do its work. It is uncanny that I have, at times, felt that the process has failed only to work when I was truly ready. So get out of your own way. Remember 15 minutes of gratitude, manifestation and forgiveness. Have a powerfully creative day. Every great work, every More....

Transformational Thought for November 22 2010

Over that last week we have be discussing gratitude and how having true gratitude will lead you to a much great awareness of the peace that really does exist in our lives. Having true gratitude in our lives leads us to seeing, feeling, and experiencing the good in all situations. As we move into the next phase of the 15 Minute Miracle Manifestation is the second key variable. Now let me say from the beginning that this is NOT just wishful thinking. This part of Thought Transformation is far more than just thinking it into being. Manifestation is a process of clearly, vividly, and experientially creating what it is that you want to occur in your life and MOST IMPORTANTLY releasing your attachment to the outcome. So during your 15 Minute Miracle today when you are journaling your manife More....

Transformational Thought for November 21 2010

I am beginning to feel a sense of dawning in my life, and I am just curious if there is anyone else out there that is feeling this or a similar sense of creation or newness in their life. I spent the last few days with a powerful group of Spiritual leaders, where we were working to develop a cohesive foundation for our Spiritual Community. I walked away with a real sense of creativeness that I have not felt before. Then as I sat in my morning ritual, I contemplated the feelings and ideas that have been flowing through me over the past year or so about some of those new paths in my own life. With all the chatter and conversation taking place, all of the world, about how we as a species are evolving to a new height of human consciousness, I am struck by how much pain and suffering th More....

Transformational Thought for November 20 2010

What amazes me about life is that when you conspire to let go of what you have been, so tightly hanging on too, the process and the results really do appear. I had decided to reestablish a spiritual practice called the 15 Minute Miracle, and in doing so have experienced a profound shift in my attitude. This week we have been talking about gratitude, next week it will be manifestation and finally forgiveness (contemplating and journaling 5 minutes on each). What has been so powerful for me this week has been associated with being grateful for my new path, my new journey, my new life. But what I have not shared is that I kept feeling like something was missing, that I wasn’t being truly authentic, or that the whole story wasn’t being told. Then, what hit me this morning made it all More....

Transformational Thought for November 19 2010

This week we have been talking about gratitude. It dawned on me during my morning reading that I may be treating this process, the 15 minute miracle, as somewhat superficial or even trite at times. Currently, I am in the midst of a shift in my life’s journey. I find myself traveling in uncharted waters at times, and having gratitude right now for the many rudders I have helping through this time should be taken with a lot more homage. So today I am going to acknowledge those who are my rudders and truly express my gratitude for their place in my life. It is akin to them making a trail with a ball of yarn so you can find your way out. I am truly grateful for those Spirit guides in my life right now and their balls of yarn. More....

Transforamtional Thought for November 18 2010

Life continues to offer me amazing examples of true divine comedy. I Am is a statement that has no fear, no limitations, no distractions, and centered on the principle that I Am One with the Divine creation of all that is. When I apply this Law of the Universe to my daily life and look about me with a child-like interest, I Am encouraged to continue walking my passion. As Rich German wrote in his new book “Monetize Your Passion,” one cannot fully live their life without living their passion. This was made clear to me again last evening when I was journaling my 15 minute miracle and reflecting on a conversation I had with an old friend I had not conversed with for over 35 years. I know without question that I Am on the right path. I know that we are all connected and connecting fo More....

Transformational Thought for November 17 2010

Good morning, for the last couple of days I have been writing about the Spiritual practice, The 15 Minute Miracle. This week we are talking about gratitude. I must say that today maybe a bit of a stretch for you to relate to, but remember this practice is about you and not about what you think others value. That being said, I have been reading daily a book by Mark Nepo, "The Book of Awakening." This is a daily reader with a position, concept, idea, situation, or belief that Mark has experienced in his life and how those may expresses themselves in the reader’s lives as well. I want to say I have a great amount of gratitude today for the feelings I have when I really connect with another human Spirit. Normally I would say that most contact is superficial and is related to what he More....

Transforamtional Thought for November 16 2010

Gratitude is the bliss of my being: Gratitude is the bliss of my being. That represents a powerful daily practice that I began blogging about yesterday and will continue for the next three weeks. Specifically, I am speaking of one of the components of the 15 minute miracle. Taking 15 minutes to contemplate and journaling what you are grateful for, what you are creating or manifesting in to your life, and finally I added one other powerful process, that of forgiveness.  I am sure that many of you have heard of this wonderful process. I would encourage you to begin it with me today and enjoy the benefits of this practice. I will leave you with this thought: “The thankful heart is always close to the creative forces of the universe, causing countless blessings to flow toward it by th More....

Transformational Thought for November 15 2010

Yesterday I alluded to the practice of the 15 minute miracle, well I should say that it is more of a Spiritual practice.  I did this process several years ago in a morning group session, but let the practice slip.  I had forgotten how powerful it really is.  I began the practice again this morning and how revealing.  I will make every effort to continue this practice until it become habitual.  I think I may even switch this up and do it as my last event of the day before retiring at night we will see. Now let me tie this in to today's thought and how such a practice can shift your thinking, your life and what you can achieve as a result.  We have touched on the gratitude, manifestation, and forgiveness but I don't believe we focused deeply on any one subject.  So let's begin a di More....
