Transformational Thought for December 4 2010
We are coming to a close with our discussion of the 15 Minute Miracle. I have had some great comments and dialogue with a lot of you, both on and off line. I find the common thread that is taking place right now is a great sense of hope and renewal. It may not seem like that when we look around at the news and listen to the chatter on the street, but I am not hearing that in my dialogue. I would even go further to say that regardless of what you see or hear is happening or expected around you, you must live your own passion. I am again taken by the synchro-destiny (a Deepak Chopra term) of this post because this morning in my I read a quote which bring this discussion of Gratitude, Manifestation, and forgiveness to a powerful close. The 15 Minute Miracle can and will be a very powerf More....
Transformational Thought for December 3 2010
I have had a powerfully, amazing few days, and I really do not have much to put forth. I am really just Being in silence and taking part of the transitions I am experiencing. So let me just say that if you will truly take the time to practice your daily rituals of the 15 Minute Miracle and whatever else you add to your creative day, please continue. We only have a few more days of this dialogue and then I will be shifting to another powerful topic. I hope that you have a powerfully creative day, and I want to leave you with my favorite quote: Excellence can be attained if you Care more than others think is wise; Risk more than others think is safe; Dream more than others think is practical; and Expect more than other think is possible. Transformational Thought for December 2 2010
This week we have been discussing the forgiveness portion of the 15 Minute Miracle, and I hope all is well with each and every one of you. I would like to digress back on manifestation for a moment. Yesterday I had one of my manifestations come to life. Remember, one of the keys to completion is to let go and allow. It became clear yesterday afternoon when I had conversations with two close friends when it dawned on me that this looked vaguely familiar. This manifestation did not come to me as I thought, nor did it appear in the form that I had envisioned, but it did in fact manifest. These simple connections with two different friends, who do not know each other and have no connection to the other except me, have become a manifestation for me. My ultimate goal in this life is to More....
Transformational Thought for December 1 2010
Good morning world, a new and creative day is dawning. As I finish my meditation and reading ritual, I Am again show the true nature of Spirit, the connection to all things living and that which has lived before. Silence and introspection have offered me the ability to understand such connections, and the knowledge that has been revealed is simple amazing. We have been discussing a powerful Spiritual process for the last 3 weeks, and I want to share one of my revelations. Yesterday, Brian posted a comment, thank you very much Brian, about the nature of not being too hard on one’s self. And I would agree completely. It occurred to me this morning, while reading my favorite poet Mark Nepo, forgiveness is a process of clearing up old unfinished business. I know this may sound a bi More....
Transformational Thought for November 30 2010
How did your first day or night of forgiveness go? Lip service is simple, true forgiveness can be challenging. I have decided to begin my forgiveness journey by forgiving myself. Then I can move on to forgiving what at this time seems like others. What I mean by that is that when I get done working on myself, I believe I may find it unnecessary to forgive others. It occurred to me that once you take full and complete responsibility for your own life, it may become clear that you played a role in the pain and suffering that you may be claiming was a transgression by others. This is how I see my life and I believe that once I have journeyed this process, I anticipate less of a need to forgive others. Although at that time if something does come up for me I will be more likely to trul More....
Transformational Thought for November 29 2010
I forgive you, I forgive me, I forgive them, it is simple to say but rather a bit more difficult to truly allow for forgiveness to take place. In the World English there are key words in the definition, the act of, the state of being, willingness to… Forgiveness is truly one of the most powerful human emotions, thought processes, and action one can experience. This is one of the reasons I added it to the original 15 Minute Miracle. The other reason is because I have some personal work to do around forgiveness and what better time than now. We all have the desire to live a truly happy life. It is my contention that one cannot live a full and happy life if he or she has unfinished business, and by not practicing forgiveness in a particular situation means it’s unfinished. For th More....

There is only One presents, One power, and Source in the Universe. By allowing the Infinite Source to fulfill your creative manifestations for this week all will is complete. We have been discussing the manifestation portion of the 15 Minute Miracle all week. Earlier in the week I mentioned that in order for the manifestation part to work you had to allow and then totally release attachment to that which you were desiring to manifest. How did you do? Did you take any of these desires back and try to control them? Did you take them back because the process was taking too long? Or did you manifest at lightning speed? Did you receive what you were requesting, just not the way you thought it would occur? Well this is the power of manifestation. In order for this process to truly wor More....
Transformational Thought for November 27 2010
Over the last two weeks we have been discussing the 15 Minute Miracle. By now you should have been able to see and feel a pattern developing in your process of 5 minutes on Gratitude, 5 minutes on Manifestation, and 5 minutes of Forgiveness. We have one more week where the discussion will close with the most powerful of emotions, that of forgiveness. For now let me ask you again, what has been coming up for you in this process? I for one have seen a real desire to be grateful and manifest more things that create feelings and situations that promote my quality of life. It appears to be far less about material satisfaction than it is emotional, mental, and physical satisfaction. During my morning reading and meditation I was stuck by the idea that our lives really are cyclical and tha More....
Transformational Thought for November 26 2010
Tis the season to express gratitude and be grateful for life, and a week and half ago I reclaimed a very powerful spiritual practice back into my daily routine. I have been blogging about the 15 Minute Miracle and I, once again, would like to say that it is truly a powerful experience. When you combine gratitude, manifestation, and forgiveness together you have an unstoppable set of human emotions, behaviors, and actions. In my morning reading, Mark Nepo addresses gratitude with a strength and directness I deeply desire to accomplish, and I know you would agree. He says: "To be grateful means giving thanks for more than just the things we want, but also for the things that surmount our pride and stubbornness.” Don’t just give your life lip service, live gratitude, live manifestat More....
Transformational Thought for November 25 2010
Sorry this post is late for all those of you who read it early in the morning. I was just about to start it when God rang the phone about 4:45am… I was in the process of my 15 Minute Miracle and couldn’t get to the phone soon enough to get who the recorded message was from. I did however here the voice of God say that we have sent this message to the email on file. So I went to see what the fuss was all about. Low and behold it was the voice of God, the internet God. Host Gator, my rack host, saw some unusual server access taking place and according to their policy of shoot first and then ask questions, they shut me down. Keeping with the spirit of gratitude, remember the 15 Minute Miracle is being practiced. I may not like the way they turn your system off then call you to le More....
