90 Day Challenge(s) Do They Really Help?

I am sitting here pondering that question. In my humble opinion, I do believe they help and even more if they are public acknowledgments. Currently I am involved in a publicly acknowledged 90 day challenge. We are calling it NuYearNuYou. Do you remember all those New Years resolutions that you have made over the years. How many of them did you satisfy, or achieve. If you completed them and change the behavior, congratulations. But for most they are failed attempts that go unchallenged and unchecked.
